Although we do our best to display the photos of each product as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that the color representation on your computer screen will be identical to the actual product. However, the product descriptions and composition details will help you make an informed choice.

ORDER CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION
If you wish to cancel or modify an order placed on the Riversea-shop website, it is important to contact us as soon as possible via email at: hello@riversea-shop.com so that we can make the necessary changes. However, we cannot modify or cancel an order that has already been shipped. In such a case, please refer to the refund policy section.

ORDER VERIFICATION
You may check and modify your shopping cart as many times as you wish before proceeding to payment.

PURCHASE LIMITS
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed on our website. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that share the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you via email and/or to the billing address and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or that were placed simultaneously due to a technical issue.

UNAVAILABLE PRODUCT
In the event that one or more products are no longer available, you will be notified by email as soon as possible. If you do not receive any notification regarding this, the items will be shipped to you according to the delivery method chosen when ordering.
