Riversea Exchange Policy
Effective date: February 29, 2024
The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, scratches, neglect, and loss or theft of items. Presentation of the purchase invoice is essential for any exchange request. Once the warranty is approved, we will send you the new product by post, at our expense. In a situation where the product is unavailable, Riversea will issue a credit note equivalent to the original purchase price, usable online or in our physical stores. Beyond 3 months, no warranty will be applicable.
Exchange process for an online order:
Exchange requests must be submitted by email only, to riversea-shop@outlook.com . Your message must include the reason for the return, photos of the defective product if necessary and the order number. You have up to 14 days after receiving the package to make an exchange request.
Once approved, you can go to the delivery service of your choice to send your order. The delivery costs will be at your expense. You also have the possibility to exchange it for free at one of our two stores.
Once we have your order in hand, we will send you the requested order with shipping details. You will receive the package within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that once again, the delivery costs ($12 taxes included) will be at your expense.
Exchange process for purchasing a gift:
We offer the possibility of exchanging rings purchased as gifts. For this option to apply, please inform us at the time of your purchase. Our staff will then be able to add a note to your customer account, specifying the possibility of exchange.
If a ring size change is required, we will ask you to provide your order number when you visit the store. This will make the exchange process easier for you or the person the gift is intended for. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to complete the exchange.
Accuracy for normal wear of rings:
We would like to inform you about an aspect regarding the normal wear and tear of rings, which can sometimes lead to deformation due to the daily shocks they undergo. Although this rarely happens, we understand that the situation can be disappointing. However, we want to assure you that we are here to help you solve this problem.
If you experience a deformation of your ring, we offer you two options to remedy the situation. First, you can visit one of our stores where our team will be able to round the ring using a small tool, thus offering a quick and effective solution. The service is also offered in most jewelry stores.
In case you are not near our stores, we invite you to send us the ring by mail using the delivery service of your choice so that we can repair it. Once ready, we will send it back to you using the Purolator service. Please note that the delivery costs will be your responsibility. Just write to us by email if this situation ever arises.
